About the Band

Experienced rock covers band available for pubs, clubs and private functions. Go out as a 4 or 5 piece.

The band is ruined by:

Karl - Vocals
With a throat that could grind marble Karl joins us after 15 years hard labour in the Valleys and completes the all new DLM line-up.

Andy - Guitar:
Andy has played in many local bands mainly with Ian, Emergency Exit, The Studs, The Burning Popes and Feel the noise before becoming a founder member of The Riverbrew. After leaving The Riverbrew he decided to play acoustically just for fun until Spider got him drunk and he agreed to form one last band.
Loves Chocolate and Beer.
Hates people being late, cyclists, Tennis and clubs

Ian - Bass -
So laid back and Sloth-like he's been buried twice. He took a sabbatical from playing for three years because no one else would have him in their band. In the past he has played in The Studs, The Burning Popes and Feel the noise.
Hates plectrums, being on time and anyone with hair.
Loves cycling, Tennis and his book club. Shit, no wonder no one wanted him.

Tony - Drums -
Originally hailing from a strange land far to the North where folk talk in a bewildering language and eat mushy peas. Like the rest of band, Tony has been dragged almost willingly from retirement to give the Rock and Roll lifestyle one more kicking.
Likes: Lard, Black pudding and Pigeons.
Hates: Spending money and his own drumming.

Les - Guitar
Les is the new member of the Monsters and being a karate expert is now in charge of collecting money from landlords. Les is 7ft 5" and weighs 23st but hides it all well in a small frame.

The whole ethos of the band is to play "rockie" covers in a relaxed atmosphere. This has been achieved and the Monsters are ready to rock!
